Our story
Zenith Systems was born out of my desire to be an integral part of building and supporting the most valuable asset to any business or organization…”The People”! I’ve spent over 15 years providing Human Resources support as a member of the Armed Forces. I have coupled that on-the-job training with my graduate education, to hone my skills and knowledge so it can now be used to build and sustain YOUR business efforts.

Ms. Latia Townsend has amassed almost 20 years of extensive experience in human resources and staffing solutions, in both the government and private sector. Her areas of expertise are training and development, administrative support, and human resource management. Ms. Townsend has spent almost 15 years in the military, earning several awards and recognition as a member of both the Virginia and Maryland Army National Guard, which speaks to her commitment to excellence and getting the job done right. She earned a Bachelors degree in Health Studies, as well as a Masters of Health Care Administration, both with honors. Ms. Townsend is a member of Zeta PhiBeta Sorority, Incorporated and is very active and involved with programs that benefit the community on both the local and national level.
